This is an exciting opportunity for a staffing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.

As a full-cycle staffing firm specializing in Industrial and Administrative placements, Ambassador Personnel relies on strong leadership to drive branch success. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the branch, overseeing recruiting, sales, operations, and team development while ensuring exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You'll recruit talent locally and nationally, manage hiring pipelines, support client workforce needs, and work closely with your team to meet and exceed branch goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on recruiting experience and a proven ability to manage priorities, build relationships, and deliver results. Experience within the staffing industry, branch operations, sales, budgeting, accounts receivable, collections, and P&L management is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and motivate others toward success.

This full-time, in-person opportunity offers a competitive salary of $55,000–$60,000 annually, plus car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

As a Transmission Rebuild Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing transmission and drivetrain issues, rebuilding transmissions and transfer cases, and ensuring repairs are completed accurately and safely. You’ll work with both domestic and import vehicles, including early and late-model vehicles, while using vehicle data technology, technical support resources, and e-learning to help diagnose and resolve complex issues.

This is a great opportunity to put your mechanical expertise to work while continuing to grow your skills and help customers get safely back on the road.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of transmission rebuilding experience, a quality set of tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to take responsibility for assigned work. Ambassador is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Comic Book Scanner in Montgomery, AL to join a fast-paced, production-oriented team. In this role, you’ll scan comic books to create clear, high-resolution digital images of front and back covers for inventory, listings, and archival purposes. You’ll carefully handle each book to ensure accurate color, alignment, and image quality while maintaining a consistent workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities include performing basic quality control checks, accurately organizing and tracking scanned inventory, and assisting with bagging, boarding, and labeling as needed. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation and ensuring comic books are handled with care throughout the scanning process.
