Penmac Staffing is hiring a Sheet Metal Operator for a manufacturing facility in the Cassville area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a production environment and are looking for a long-term position with growth potential.

Requirements for the Sheet Metal Operator
Candidates should be able to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting. Preferred qualifications include:
-Ability to read and use a tape measure and other measuring tools
-Experience using hand tools, drills, and chop saws is helpful
-Ability to follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
-Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, as production demands
-Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Sheet Metal Operator Responsibilities
As a Sheet Metal Operator, you will assist with the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities include:
-Operate sheet metal brakes and folders
-Assemble sheet metal components using hand tools and power tools
-Use chop saws, drills, and other equipment to complete production tasks
-Perform measurements and inspect materials for accuracy
-Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
-Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work Environment & Additional Information
-Steel toe or composite toe safety shoes or boots are required
-Hours may vary based on production needs
-Overtime opportunities available, including Saturdays
-Drug-free work environment
-This is a manufacturing environment that may require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring Poultry Production Workers for a poultry processing facility in the Butterfield, MO area. We have immediate full-time openings for 1st and 2nd Shift multiple departments. Starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17.90 per hour.

-Following workplace safety procedures at all times
-Keeping work areas clean and organized
-Assisting with daily production goals and line operations

Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift Cut-Up/Marination
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2nd Shift Cut-Up/Marination
Monday through Friday
4:00 PM until production is complete (typically 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM)

2nd Shift Live Hang
Monday through Thursday
1:45 PM to 12:45 AM
Pay Range: $15.40 to $17.90 per hour

Requirements for the MIG Welder
-Previous welding experience preferred
-Must pass a weld test
-High school diploma or GED required
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

MIG Welder Responsibilities
-Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance on heavy-duty suspension parts
-Complete manual welding and operate robotic weld cells
-Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
-Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
-Meet daily production and quality standards

Penmac Staffing is seeking a temporary Production Packer. This role is responsible for the day-to-day packing of finished product in a manufacturing environment in the Verona, MO area. Hours 6:00PM – 6:00AM Pay Rate: $25.18

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Pack product into 50 lb., 55 lb., and bulk bags
• Operate and monitor the Automated Packaging System
• Inspect bags for proper labels and lot/bag numbers
• Operate and monitor compactors
• Dry blend powder products
• Pull product samples and perform lab analysis for ash and moisture content
• Identify wet finished product and inspect for off-color product or unusual odors
• Verify correct bag weights
• Clean and maintain the Packing Room, including sifters, augers, compactors, hoppers, and bucket elevators
• Change dryer bags as needed
• Complete HACCP paperwork accurately
• Operate equipment including:
o Forklift
o Pallet jack
o Bulk bagging system
o Automatic stacker
• Maintain a strong understanding of packing operations
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work rules
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to make sound decisions and draw logical conclusions
• Willingness to learn all functions and processes required for the role
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
