Our client needs a Production Manager who knows how to lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, and professional communication. This position requires constant strategy development to improve the manufacturing process and reducing overtime by improving efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall planning, scheduling and completion of work required to support all manufacturing activities in compliance with all regulatory requirements in a cost effective manner and in accord with planned budget.
• Apply knowledge of lean manufacturing, including cost reduction and efficiency planning.
• Plan, direct and control activities of supervisors in order to meet overall departmental and plant objectives.
• Interface with all plant management groups, including quality, design, sales, customer service, finance and human resources in order to meet production, quality and compliance requirements
• Develop manufacturing plans and supporting services to attract and retain customers.
• Understands supports and maintains safety and safe working practices in all production operations.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA regulations related to manufacturing.
• Must exhibit leadership ability and people skills in relation to motivation of others.
• Understands and implements 3C5S methods in all processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA Degree.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing environment including automotive and electrical.
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude under pressure.
• Availability to work overtime during holidays and shutdown if required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with the ability to learn SAP.
• Good verbal/written communication skills are required.
• Background with manufacturing methods, procedures, and continuous improvement programs

Overview We’re seeking an experienced Finishing Room Manager to lead a high-volume finishing operation within our manufacturing facility. This role oversees team performance, production quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets. Top pay offered commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and schedule a finishing team of 20+ employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations.
Own daily production planning, throughput, and resource allocation for the Finishing Room.
Drive quality standards for painting, spraying, and staining; troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
Champion LEAN manufacturing practices (5S, standard work, visual management, waste reduction) to improve flow and reduce variability.
Maintain and calibrate finishing equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
Manage inventory and usage of coatings, stains, paints, and related materials; ensure accurate barcoding and traceability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
Train team members on finish colors, door/drawer front styles, accessory basics, wood species identification, and safety procedures.
Track and report KPIs (yield, first-pass quality, rework, OEE, safety incidents); implement continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management experience leading teams of at least 20 employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or related field.

Extensive knowledge of:
LEAN manufacturing and structured problem-solving.
Wood species identification and barcoding basics.
Finish colors, door/drawer front styles, and accessory basics.
Finishing equipment and different coatings (paints, stains, sealers, topcoats).
Painting, spraying, and staining techniques and best practices.
Strong understanding of tools, equipment, and materials common to the construction materials industry.
Proven ability to analyze data, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Effective leadership, communication, and training skills; comfortable holding teams accountable to standards.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to finishing materials and equipment.
Ability to stand, move, lift up to 40 lbs, and wear required PPE.

Overview:
We have an urgent need for a skilled technician to support both commercial refrigeration operations and overall warehouse maintenance. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
o Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems (approx. 20% of workload).
o Maintain, repair, and service warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, dock equipment, and other material-handling machinery (approx. 80% of workload).
o Conduct routine facility inspections to identify mechanical or operational issues.
o Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs as needed.
o Complete and update maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation.
o Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
o Assist with emergency repairs and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
o Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support operational efficiency and equipment uptime.
Qualifications:
o Experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration repair preferred.
o Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining forklifts and warehouse equipment.
o Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC/R principles, hydraulics, and general facility maintenance.
o Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage multiple tasks.
