Victoria Stoffel is a technology and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning quality engineering, operational excellence, process improvement, organizational change, consulting, and technology leadership.
As Senior Director of Information Technology, Victoria leads enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI governance, and business modernization. Her cross-functional background enables her to connect people, processes, and technology—turning complex strategies into practical solutions and measurable results.
Throughout her career, Victoria has led transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, nonprofits, medical organizations, and growing businesses. She is known for simplifying complex challenges, building alignment across teams, modernizing legacy processes, and helping organizations move meaningful change from vision to reality.
Victoria is also passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. As a coach and mentor, she helps professionals recognize their strengths, navigate change, build confidence, and see opportunities beyond a traditional career path. She also serves as Board Secretary for Henry’s Humble Heart.
Victoria holds an MBA and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and PROSCI® Certified Change Management Professional.
