A day of learning, connection, and fresh perspectives!

This week, the Katapult Network team attended the RE-MARKABILITY Summit in St. Paul.

The event was all about discovering what makes us unique, understanding the value we bring, and learning how to communicate that value with confidence.

We’re always looking for opportunities to grow, challenge our thinking, and bring new ideas back to our team.

Last Wednesday night for our first Launch Squad event!

College students and early-career professionals came together to hear honest stories about finding a first opportunity and growing from there. We loved seeing the questions during the panel and the conversations that continued afterward.

Thank you to Avary Pomerleau, John Weber, and Victoria Stoffel for sharing your experiences so openly. And thank you to everyone who joined us, along with Sunrise Network and Breakthrough Table for helping make the evening possible.

While we love the new look, what we’re most proud of is how clearly it tells our story.

For more than 10 years, Katapult has worked to change the way companies identify, evaluate and hire entry-level talent. Our new website better explains why that work matters, what makes our process different and how we help recent college graduates launch meaningful careers.
