Responsibilities will include:
Welcome new Kelly employees and assist with new hire orientation
Train new Kelly employees on time keeping and monitor no call no shows
Participate in the start of shift meeting
Monitor Kelly temporary employees performance ensuring team is productive and performing quality work
Ensure Safety incidents are reported within 24 hours
Act as a liaison between Kelly temporary employees and Target
Control and directing day to day work for Kelly employees
Requirements:
Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
Ability to stand and/or walk during shifts up to 10 hours.
Ability to lift and move product weight up to 30 to 50 pounds.
Must be able to commit to selected schedule.
Overtime is available and would be a 5-day work week.
Previous warehouse experience a plus.
