Responsibilities will include:

Welcome new Kelly employees and assist with new hire orientation
Train new Kelly employees on time keeping and monitor no call no shows
Participate in the start of shift meeting
Monitor Kelly temporary employees performance ensuring team is productive and performing quality work
Ensure Safety incidents are reported within 24 hours
Act as a liaison between Kelly temporary employees and Target
Control and directing day to day work for Kelly employees
Requirements:

Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
Ability to stand and/or walk during shifts up to 10 hours.
Ability to lift and move product weight up to 30 to 50 pounds.
Must be able to commit to selected schedule.
Overtime is available and would be a 5-day work week.
Previous warehouse experience a plus.

Positions will be monitoring the production line and maintaining quality procedures.
Packaging and re-packaging of product.
Down time you will be cleaning/sweeping floors.

Moving product by hand and/or with manual pallet jacks.
Prepare, pack, and ship store and guest orders.
Unload and/or load trailers.
Pick guest orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine.

Kelly Services is hiring for Assembler positions with our customer who is a top employer in the production of aerial devices and other equipment for the electric utility and telecommunications industry.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To prepare, assemble and install vehicle components to required specifications for Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Unit and Finish departments.

Pay rate: 16.95/hour. - $17.70/hour.
Shifts:
1st- 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd- 3:00pm-11:30pm

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install unit vehicle components and accessories.
Read and interpret schematics (blueprints) and work orders to understand customer requirements.
Test installed components.
Use basic hand tools such as tape measure and specialty equipment.
Learn and operate all equipment within the work area (cell).
Perform rework as required.
Maintain daily time records.
Support APS (Altec Production System) initiatives. May participate in RCI events.
Move to other work areas in order to support production needs. (Cross-train)
Effectively assist and train new/current associates.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to read tape measures, blue prints, and schematics.
