LockLeed is proud to announce an exclusive partnership with, Walser Automotive Group setting the pace for a successful year in 2026.

Walser Automotive values the unique skills and experiences veterans, active-duty service members and their spouses bring to the workplace. They launched Veterans at Walser – an employee resource group focused on hiring more military-connected people at their corporate and dealer locations across the upper Midwest.

Dayna Kleve, Director of Diversity, Engagement and Foundation, told us they have set specific goals to help them live out their values as a Veteran-friendly company.
· Hire 50 Veterans in 2026.
· Appoint a dedicated Veteran employment recruiter.
· Establish a peer-to-peer mentorship program to support military-connected employees.

Recently, Walser Automotive Group became a Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Partner, furthering their commitment to expanding opportunities for Veterans and supporting military employees by building stronger, more compassionate and welcoming workplaces. Lindsey Trett, Walser Director of Talent Acquisition said, “We guarantee a conversation for every veteran who applies for a job at Walser.” LockLeed is poised to help Walser achieve these goals – including current recruiting activity for a vehicle technician.

Mike was an Airborne Ranger and left active service in 1999. He served with the 82nd Airborne with tours in Panama and Iraq. Jody has a background as a mental health professional.

Honoring the bravery and sacrifice of those who served. This Veterans Day, we remember and thank our heroes.

We honor the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces who have been wounded or made the ultimate sacrifice in combat. The Purple Heart is awarded to those injured by enemy action and posthumously to the next of kin of those killed in action or who die from wounds sustained in battle. It stands as a symbol of courage, sacrifice, and dedication to our country.

To all who have earned this distinguished medal — we salute you.

The team couldn’t be more excited about partnering with Ambush Outdoor Products. Tim Hilde and the team at Ambush have a long history of supporting the Veteran/Military community. Tim’s father is an Army veteran, and he appreciates the training, discipline, and process orientation that the military experience and mindset produce.

Tim also realizes the positive impact sharing experiences on the ice and in nature have. That said, the team at LockLeed in partnership with the team at Ambush Outdoor Products will be creating opportunities where healing happens.
