Now Hiring for Production Team Member – Full-Time 1st and 2nd shift

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, (10-hour shifts)
Reports To: Production Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to adjust schedules as production demands require. This position involves quality inspections, documentation, and supporting daily production operations.
Responsibilities
• Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments and gauges.
• Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, plug gauges, thread gauges, and similar equipment.
• Complete required forms, charts, and production documentation accurately.
• Follow quality standards and production procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production needs and adjust work schedules when necessary to meet demand.
Qualifications
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using inspection gauges, including:
o Calipers
o Plug gauges
o Thread gauges
o Other precision measuring equipment
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to accurately complete forms, charts, and other documentation.
What We Offer

We are hiring a Press Assistant to join our fast-paced commercial print production team! This is a hands-on role supporting press operators in a 24/7 manufacturing environment where quality and teamwork matter.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Pre-Press & Setup
Assist with make-ready tasks including mounting press plates, installing blankets, and setting up ink fountains and registration systems.
Material Handling
Load and transport heavy rolls or stacks of paper into press feeders and splicers.
Quality Control
Work with the press operator to inspect printed sheets for color accuracy, ink density, and proper alignment.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Clean press components such as blankets and ink rollers and assist with routine maintenance and lubrication.
Record Keeping
Track production counts, time logs, and material usage accurately.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1–2 years in commercial printing, binding, reprographics, or similar production environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift 50–75 lbs.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good hand-eye coordination
Pay rate: $22 per hour
Schedule:
Must be available for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Hire Standards is looking for a Paint Prepper:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Clean, sand, and mask equipment and components before painting
✔ Apply sanding primer using a spray gun
✔ Unmask and clean painted units after the drying process
✔ Load spare parts and components onto finished units
✔ Load and unload parts, tools, and materials from trucks
✔ Move materials between preparation areas and paint booths
✔ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
✔ Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ 1–2 years of experience in a paint shop, auto body shop, or as a prep technician preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✅ Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
✅ Forklift experience preferred (training available)
✅ Reliable and dependable attendance
