We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Sales Director (SaaS,AI) to join our client’s rapidly expanding team! The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in B2B client acquisition, excelling at building relationships from the ground up. This exciting product/platform is groundbreaking, based on brain research, and is a messaging platform that expedites like no other! This role requires exceptional market expansion skills, the ability to identify and qualify target customers, and expertise in international lead generation, product demos, and telemarketing to drive global business growth. This role is hybrid and based on the San Francisco Peninsula with a target market of North America.
Key Duties:
B2B Client Acquisition- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Manage Sales Pipeline- Maintain and track prospects in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Qualify Leads- Assess potential customers’ needs, qualify leads, and evaluate product fit to drive high-quality conversions.
Cross-Team Collaboration- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, enhance sales materials, and improve conversion rates.
Customer Research- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic business expansion.
Customer Insights and Feedback- Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to optimize messaging and offerings.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum.
Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in business development, with a high preference for B2B SaaS or AI industry experience.
Language Proficiency: English with the ability to present product demonstrations and engage with clients.
Strong understanding of business growth from 0 to 1, the process of building a product from its conceptualization to its first successful launch and iteration.
Personal Attributes: Holds a mix of soft skills, strategic thinking, adaptability, and is proactive, self-motivated, persistent and active listener.

Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time remote role is open for candidates who can easily collaborate between our client’s offices in the various time zones of the San Francisco Bay Area, China, and Singapore. In addition to a competitive base salary of $300,000-$350,000, plus bonuses which bring the annual compensation well above $450K or more with great performance, this incredible role also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
