Earlier this week, Ryann and Eric spent the day in Madison at the Capitol for a legislative event! They were there to learn, advocate, and have real conversations about the issues impacting our community. Infrastructure, housing, and workforce policy all connect directly to the work we do every day, and we believe in being part of those conversations.

We celebrated Eric’s birthday with a trip to the Twilight Lounge in the Sky, looking up at the stars and sending a few good wishes into orbit! ☄️ It felt pretty fitting for a guy who keeps his priorities in the right places.

Eric shows up ready to do the work, support the team, and still make plenty of time for the people who matter most at home. He’s a great teammate, a great dad and husband, and just an all-around solid human!
