Estate Manager Opportunity
Position Summary:
A busy couple with a newly built home in Naples, FL have created an exciting new position for an experienced Estate Manager with exceptional guest services and luxury hospitality ability to care for their significant oceanfront property.
Responsibilities:
The Estate Manager will oversee and manage the following areas:
• Guest Services and Hospitality – provide hands-on hospitality for the family and all guests, oversee the setup and ex*****on for events, manage food and beverage service and procurement, etc.
• Facilities and Operations – Manage a small staff, oversee vendors, implement infrastructure, and ensure the overall smooth running of the home. Hire new staff, ‘zone’ and establish a reporting structure on budgets, and maintain service standards.
• Administration and Household Technology: Oversee all systems and reporting, create and establish a household manual, create and maintain inventories, troubleshoot all household technology and systems (including security systems), and other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in estate management required, including experience in a formal home.
• Must have experience with hands-on service and providing front-of-the-house hospitality for the family.
• Must be organized, highly discreet, understand appropriate boundaries, and have exemplary computer and technology skills.
Schedule:
This is full-time, year-round position.
Compensation:
Top-market compensation offered, depending on experience, with a benefits package (including health insurance and paid time off).
