Job Description:

Main duties include Quality Control testing for moisture, color, salt, breakage and size; Inspect and approve incoming ingredients; Conducting pre-op line inspections; Equipment post-cleaning inspections; Enforce proper GMP behavior and other food safety practices; Conduct routine audits of the facility and production line; Review production paperwork for completeness and accuracy; Other assigned duties.
