Due to COVID 19, I decided to take a leap back into being a travel nurse recruiter since corporate hiring slowed down. Now that it has been 3 months that I’ve been recruiting again, I can honestly say that I made the best decision! It was a change for me and required a lot of energy and time to build up my book of business again, but the nurses I’ve helped find great assignments has fulfilled me personally and I wouldn’t change a thing. Due to my passion of recruiting nurses, I’ve decided to continue down this path and grow/develop even more as a recruiter while also managing a team. My goal was to help 5 nurses obtain their next assignment by end of October and I’m on track to achieve this goal! To all my recruiters out there, thank you for making a positive difference for others! Your effort and determination is greatly appreciated!
