We are honored to receive an award from the Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB) and the Whitnall School District, recognizing the Center for Healthcare Careers of Southeast Wisconsin for supporting local schools and students through the H2H - High School to Healthcare Medical Assistant program. Spearheaded by CHCSEW, and funded in part by a grant from Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment, H2H creates new career pathways for high school seniors by offering comprehensive Medical Assistant training, summer clinical experience, and the chance to earn their CCMA credential. This program empowers students who may not be college-bound to enter a fulfilling healthcare career after high school graduation.
