This is a leading commercial roofing company looking for a combination of Salesperson, Estimator, and Crew Leader. The company has multiple offices up and down the East Coast and has been around for decades. Very solid.

We have talked to candidates that have gone months, years, without having a "live" interview. if you don't have any interviews lined up for this week, here are some permanent and part time positions that we offer here in Richmond, Virginia.

Permanent
1. Two leading home improvement companies, in home professionals, all leads supplied, close 30% and you are making between $120K and $150K and we can prove it. Benefits, car allowance, 401K, get a nice salary during training and then it's 100% commission, uncapped earnings.
2. Commercial Roofing- base plus commission, company vehicle as well, many benefits. Close to $100K first year. This is a 15 to 20 year serious job. You are selling, estimating, and running the crew.

Part Time
1. Wealth Management-Admin assistant, upscale office, $20 an hour, up to 20 hours a week, flexible.
2. Brand Ambassadors-need multiple outgoing folks to create leads for two sales forces. No canvassing, low pressure. $30 to $35 an hour.

In a recent poll of CEO's, 85% said that the biggest single challenge in their company was hiring and retaining employees. This is no surprise to anyone that owns a business of more than 10 employees.

At Silver Recruiting of Virginia, we do have 97% retention with our placement of salespeople. Salespeople will stay for many reasons, and it's not always the money. We can deliver them to you, but you as an employer, you have got to keep them happy. Salespeople love to be recognized, you would be surprised what a plaque, picture or parking space will do. Salespeople have fragile egos. Feed them, coddle them, and praise them. You might be surprised at the results.

We also recommend reading "The One Minute Manager." It's a simple but brilliant book that you can read in one sitting.
