Don’t know what you want to be when you grow up? Don’t worry, neither do we!

That’s why four years ago, we launched our FREE Youth Initiative Program, helping high school students understand their options after graduation and feel prepared to take their next step with confidence.

Whether they plan to go directly into the workforce, pursue a trade, or continue their education in college, we help students explore different career paths, understand what it takes to get there, and build the skills they’ll need along the way. Through mentoring, resume writing, soft skills training, interview preparation, networking, and career workshops, we’re helping students turn their plans for after high school into a clear path forward.

To date, we’ve reached over 400 students across 3 counties, 6 school districts, and we’re just getting started!

We’re counting down to FUN-raising in the Vineyard at Christopher Jacobs Winery at Pennings Vineyards! Each week, we’ll be revealing our celebrity bartenders who will be mixing, mingling, and making this event unforgettable.

Next up, we’re introducing a new face to the line up while welcoming back another! This year, Director of Economic Development Steve Gross will be joining veteran celebrity bartender Conor Eckert of the Orange County Partnership behind the bar!

These two community leaders will be behind the bar serving up great drinks for a great cause. Stay tuned each week for more celebrity bartender reveals and mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 14th!

Golf season is in full swing and Chris has been in on the action! A twisted ankle couldn't stop him from making connections and having fun on the green for the Bishop Dunn Memorial School Annual Golf Tournament.

First up, we’re thrilled to announce the return of your reigning champs of the bar, Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus and Orange County Chamber of Commerce, NY’s President and CEO Heather Bell-Meyer! Last year, they raised almost a combined $900 and this year they’re looking to raise the bar!
