Join our team at a premier luxury property in Miami Beach as a Pool Attendant. You'll be the face of our pool and beach experience for high-end guests, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a polished, professional service experience.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist guests at the pool/beach area
Set up and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels
Answer guest questions and explain pool/beach policies clearly
Communicate guest requests to hotel staff promptly
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism
Provide basic safety information
Maintain a clean, organized pool area throughout shifts
Requirements
Fluent English required — this role involves direct, ongoing guest interaction; conversational or limited English is not sufficient for this position
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for full shifts (physical demand of the role)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (chairs, umbrellas, equipment)
Full availability including weekends and holidays
Prior hospitality, guest service, or beach/pool attendant experience preferred
Professional grooming and presentation appropriate for a luxury guest environment
Reliable transportation to Miami Beach — please note: on-site parking is limited/not available; candidates should have a reliable commute plan (public transit, rideshare, or parking arranged independently)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a background check

$17.00/hour base pay
