NEW OPPORTUNITY! Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Brickell Avenue. Temp-to hire. $20 to $23 an hour. Starting soon. Parking provided. Hours of work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, hospitality, or customer service role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable taking ownership of office operations and working independently with minimal supervision
