To our clients - I am forever grateful to have the honour to partner with some of the best in the industry. As The Talent Boom enters its 14th year, we continue with our mission of being a leading boutique global headhunting firm within digital, product and creative and always strive to serve better year after year.

We’ve added a couple of new businesses to The Talent Boom Group this year with Jobs In Pickleball and VC Headhunting. www.jobsinpickleball.com covers our passion for sports and ability to combine it to our strength in recruiting & www.vcheadhunting.com is our niche working with start-ups across the U.S.

As a proudly bootstrapped business, I won’t sugar coat it. This year has been one of my most challenging since I set the business up. Every time I thought I could finally catch a break, there’s been something stopping me. What will never stop me, however, is what I can control. I made sure to turn up daily, to be lean in my business even if I felt like I’m taking a step back slightly. I would rather take 2 steps back to take 1 step forward and keep moving. I made sure to focus on my resilience and my strength as a human being- something we often forget when hit with rejection or losses.
We powered through and now looking forward to climbing again in 2025.

To our talent around the world- Thank you for trusting us to represent you! Thank you for believing in us to work with you in one of the most important decisions you could make: accepting a new career move.

To our network - Thank you for supporting us, debating with us and sharing stories. I know there are a lot of job seekers out there who have been laid off this year and its been bloody tough. Keep pushing forward with positive intent.

The Blox - Season 11/Episode 2

On the first day, judges discuss their coaching goals over breakfast before diving into the competition. The contestants are introduced to a new game format featuring unexpected twists, starting with The Lean Methodology Revisited. This approach transforms them into entrepreneurial scientists, applying the Build, Measure, Learn cycle to their projects. The rationale is to encourage entrepreneurs to launch imperfect products to gauge performance. The day kicks off with a surprise pop quiz consisting of four challenging questions, setting a daunting tone. Afterward, each contestant receives a 15-minute strategy session with the judges, offering a glimpse into real-life business coaching. The episode culminates with the Blox-Off, heightened by an impending thunderstorm outside, and the announcement of the first seven pod winners, setting the stage for a thrilling Season 11 showdown.
