Oscar brings more than a decade of litigation experience to our construction defect and general liability practices, with a track record defending contractors, subcontractors, and insureds from pre-suit through trial. His background spans construction defect and Florida Building Code disputes, complex civil litigation, and courtroom advocacy built on years as lead trial counsel.
