Shifts: M - F, 9 am to 5 pm, not limited to some evening and weekend work.
Pay Rate: $35 - $45k
This is Not a Temp or Remote Position, it is Full-Time.
Job Duties:
Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values, and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Utilize job boards and social media platforms
Some payroll duties
Translate information for candidates/ temps.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, staffing, or other related fields (1-2 years preferred)
Flexible Schedule
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of labor and employment laws, or ability to learn labor laws
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
