Job Duties:
Clean trash and garbage from the premises - inside of fence and outside of fence.
Wash down porch areas on all buildings.
Clean and hose down parking lots.
Remove garbage and furniture from around dumpsters.
General cleaning and removal of furniture, etc. from vacant apartments.
Mopping, scrubbing, waxing and buffing all floors as scheduled.
Check all around grounds, buildings, parking lot, and front sidewalks for papers, bottles, cans, branches, etc.

M-F 8:30am-5pm
$12 hr

Candidates:
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend/squat
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must tolerate non-toxic fumes and odors from ovens and sample materials
Will be required to work 12+-hour shift on drilling rig
Must have valid TWIC, Safe Gulf and HUET certifications
