We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to manage our crew carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in orchestrating all aspects of our job sites, ensuring efficient project ex*****on and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. Applicant must have 3-5 years experience running more than one job site at a time.
PAY $30-$45 HR
LOCATION Seattle Washington 98117
**MUST HAVE** 3-5 years foreman/carpentry/construction supervisor experience
**MUST HAVE** Own tools
**MUST HAVE** 2 years hand tools experience
**MUST HAVE** 3 years carpentry experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and adjust crews as necessary to ensure project efficiency.
- Manage all job sites, collaborating with the Project Manager to schedule and coordinate inspections.
- Perform a variety of high-level carpentry tasks and provide field support as needed.
- Promote clean and safe job sites while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive communications with clients, designers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Stay informed on industry trends, developments, and carpentry techniques.
- Actively participate in and conduct meetings as requested.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of general remodel carpentry and techniques.
- Willingness to work across all phases of a remodel, from demolition to the finishing phase.
- Good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Must possess personal tools (cordless drills/saws, nail bags, hand tools, compressor, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding duties associated with remodel projects.
