We’re hiring a Police Volunteer Coordinator!

This full-time role is central to the Mesa Police Department’s community partnerships. The Coordinator plans, develops, and leads our Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) and Internship Programs. Responsibilities include:

Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers and interns.

Managing the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program for service members transitioning into civilian careers.

Coordinating volunteer roles that directly support police operations and community events.

Leading recognition programs and building connections between Mesa PD and the community.

Salary: $66,708 – $92,983 annually
Location: Mesa, AZ
