Our office is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, personable Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly!

If you’re a people-person who loves a well-organized to-do list and thrives in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.

📝 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Greet clients and answer calls with professionalism
✔️ Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
✔️ Process paperwork and keep our client database up to date
✔️ Support our team with daily administrative tasks
✔️ Bring a can-do attitude and positive energy every day

📌 Qualifications:

2–4 years in a customer service or office environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office + Google Drive
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
Associate degree in business or related field preferred
Insurance or HR experience is a plus (but not required!)
Reliable transportation

In-office: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays during busy seasons)
