This role is central to keeping daily operations running smoothly—working closely with leadership, assisting with HR functions, coordinating purchasing and vendor relationships, and helping oversee key accounting processes including AP/AR and reconciliations.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a multi-functional role, is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities. Strong communication skills and experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office are essential.
