⭐️ This is a hands-on management role for someone who can take full ownership of the household, anticipate needs, and ensure that daily responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

⭐️ The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, resourceful, technologically proficient, and comfortable supporting a family with 8 and 10 year old children, a dog, multiple household employees, frequent travel, and ongoing home maintenance and improvement projects.

⭐️ You will act as the central point of coordination between household staff, schools, activity providers, vendors, contractors, travel advisors, and other professional contacts.

⏰ Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm & occasional weekends
💵 Pay: $140-150K

💕 Key Duties: Drive a 13-year-old daughter to San Jose for swim practice 2–3x/week and assist at home with the 10-year-old son’s homework while the mom takes daughter to practice.

⭐️ During school breaks: Take the son to activities and camps.
⭐️ During school, responsibilities include:
📌 Running errands
📌 Prepping lunches
📌 Loading/unloading dishwasher
📌 Children’s laundry.

⭐️ The assistant will also help manage the family calendar and coordinate events.

🐶 The family dog, Ozzy, is initially shy but warms up over time. Dog duties are minimal, but walking him is appreciated!

⏰ Schedule: M, Th, F 2:30 PM–6:30 PM; Tues-Weds 7AM–6PM.
💵 Pay: $40/hour, mileage compensation
