Santa Clara family seeks a dependable, organized half-day nanny to care for their daughter.

⭐️ The ideal candidate will:
📍 Build trust with the toddler while enforcing clear boundaries (for example, no daytime screen time)
📍 Encourage independent reading and sports.
⭐️ Responsibilities:
📍 Preparing lunch and snacks
📍 Driving to nearby activities and parks
📍 Grocery shopping with the child as needed
📍 Handling the child's laundry and light cleaning
📍 Organizing toys, clothes, and art supplies (including responsibly disposing of unneeded items),
📍 Assisting with camp/class registrations and birthday party planning.

The family values someone who is organized, proactive, and able to support the child's independence and active interests.

⏰ Schedule: 1:30 pm - 6 pm

A very friendly Menlo Park family seeks a seasoned nanny/family assistant to care for three sweet, energetic children, ages 8, 7, and 4, to support household needs with patience, kindness, and consistency.

⭐️ The ideal candidate will
📍 Learn and follow the family’s parenting approach
📍 Speak clear English
📍 Be comfortable driving the children to after-school sports and activities.

⭐️ Responsibilities Include:
📍 Care for the children during the afternoon shift
📍 Preparing lunches and snacks
📍 Running errands
📍 Doing children’s laundry
📍 Washing dishes
📍 Organizing kid-related items

Deep cleaning is not required, as professional housekeeping comes twice a week. Mom and Dad work from home 2-3 days a week. The family had two nannies in the past and has had a warm relationship. The family will provide a car for driving the children.

🦋 Schedule: 11:30 AM–6:30 PM.
🦋 Pay: up to $45/hr, DOE

This SF family seeks a family assistant to handle household duties, meal preparation, and childcare. Primary responsibilities include maintaining an organized kitchen and groceries, and helping with initial dinner preparation. Additional duties may include occasional vacuuming of the main level and mudroom, taking trash out, tidying closets, organizing and cleaning the fridge, and changing bedding. The assistant will occasionally take the children to after-school lessons or pick them up from aftercare, twice per week, with the provided car. The role also includes caring for the children one evening per week.
Pay: $45/hour, paid through payroll.

This Tiburon Family is looking for a professional nanny with a strong history of working with children and experience with infants/babies. They had a day doula helping us short-term. Their 7-month-old daughter is a very happy baby. Loves to go on walks in the stroller, play with blocks, play with her music machine, and learn how to express herself with the sweetest squeaks.
Mom works at home for her tech job, is fairly hands-off, though, and wants the nanny to feel autonomous in their work.

This Palo Alto family has a 16 month old son and is expecting a baby at the end of November 2026. They are looking for a kind and thoughtful Nanny to help give support to their growing family. They would prefer someone with an educational background and Mandarin fluency is a bonus but not required. Nanny will drive to and from gym class, music class, storytimes at local library, etc..The family will provide car.
Family employed a NCS who assisted as a Nanny for a few months after their son was born.
They have one small dog, 13 lb Mini Poodle kept away from children for now.
Pay: up to $45/hr DOE and Education.
