ITR Group recently hosted a conversation with local IT leaders around AI Readiness in companies and organizations.

The goal of the roundtable was to move beyond AI hype and tool selection and focus on AI readiness as a leadership and operating model challenge. Rather than debating models or vendors, the conversation centered on the conditions business leaders must create for AI to deliver sustained value at scale — including how data, talent, infrastructure, and governance decisions accelerate or constrain adoption.
