Kautiouz Consulting Solutions is hiring for a Robotics Technician to support our Longview, TX client. This role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, annual bonus and merit potential.
Responsibilities:
Associates degree (two years of study beyond high school) OR Equivalent Experience
Knowledge of Welding and International Codes & Standards a plus
Experience in developing, supporting and programming robotic welding operations in heavy fab environment a plus
Medium to heavy plate welding experience a plus
Writing procedures, reading and interpreting drawings and standards a plus
Perform machining operations using various tools and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and dimensions
Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD software to design and modify parts
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for process improvement
Maintain and troubleshoot distributed control systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficient in machining techniques and tooling
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD software for design purposes
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify technical issues
- Familiarity with distributed control systems and their maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $71,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
