Job Title: Commission-Based Recruiter
Salary: up to $100,000 a year
Job Summary:
As a Commission-Based Recruiter for Beta Staffing Service LLC, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, closing and finalizing deals with local & national businesses for temporary and permanent staffing. You will work as an independent contractor and pick your own schedule. Your primary goal is to bring in new business and ensure all paperwork for new contracts is completed accurately. You will keep a record of your accounts to ensure your payout at the end of each month is accurate.
Job Responsibilities:
-Source and contact potential customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits to generate new business.
-Build relationships with customers and act as a liaison between them and the company
Negotiate and close deals with customers.
-Ensure all paperwork for new contracts is accurately completed
-Follow up with the manager after the deal is closed to ensure everything is in order.
-Keep a record of your accounts to ensure accurate payout at the end of each month.
-Know how to attract customers without a strong online presence
-Understand the various services offered by Beta Staffing Service LLC , including training, mentorship, after hour emergency services, uniforms, project management, and more
-Meet and exceed sales targets
-Participate in regular training and development programs to improve your sales skills
-Strive to build long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales, or a related field
-Ability to work independently and pick your own schedule
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to close deals and meet sales targets
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to keep a record of accounts to ensure accurate payout at the end of each month
-Basic knowledge of the staffing industry
-Ability to source for potential customers
-Ability to work without a strong online presence
-Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
-Must be a 1099 contractor and file your own taxes
-After 3-5 accounts are secured, you will be considered for a full-time employee role
