CHIEF ESTIMATOR (Melville, NY)

Our client is an industry-leading environmental and construction company serving customers throughout Long Island, New York City, New York State, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

They are a full-service firm that regularly performs construction, remediation, required maintenance, and routine compliance, testing, and sampling for clients who store, consume, or sell petroleum products. He/she will oversee and manage the estimating team, and all its functions, and is responsible for the department's overall performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of estimating experience in the construction, environmental, or similar industry
• Must be detail-oriented while also able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage and generate project estimates for projects ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Cost Estimating Software is preferred
• Ability to read plans and other project documents
Compensation - $120K +/- plus bonus

LEGAL:
• Personal Injury Attorney – Jericho, NY. Must have prior experience within personal injury, Plaintiff’s side, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and licensed to practice in NY State. This position comes with a base salary of 100K-135K + and there is unlimited earning potential with case settlement
• Paralegal: Jericho, NY. Fulltime in office. Prior experience working in a law firm at a personal injury firm. Salaries are between 55-70K
• Attorneys and Paralegals in Fort Lauderdale: Salaries for the attorney are 100K-125/135K plus 5% of the settlement. Must have experience with Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Personal Injury. Paralegal pays 60-90K
• Tax Attorney in Uniondale, NY. Must have experience working in tax within a law firm. Salary is open and based on experience.

TECHNOLOGY:

• Semiconductor – Field Service Engineer (Nano Technology). Need a Bachelor’s degree. The position is to support the Process Engineer and implement his/her designs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures maintenance of all SQL server and .NET database systems, including current ERP and eSynergy systems.
• Maintains database performance, implement new releases, completes maintenance requirements according to established policies.
• Performs daily DBA task during SDLC (system development life cycle), including reviewing logs, establishing and responding to automated monitoring.
