SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL
Have proven experience as banquet manager.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be Task-Driven, Detail Oriented, able to Multi-Task.
Must work easily and calmly in a fast paced environment.
Looking for enthusiastic, hard working individual, who is able to work independently.

DUTIES INCLUDE
Hire, train and manage banquet staff
Ensure excellent customer service throughout event
Oversee all events including timeline and layouts
Work with scheduler to ensure proper staffing
Answering client and customer inquiries
Manage budget and labor costs; maintain proper records
