Now Hiring a Payroll Clerk.
Job Description:
-Process Payroll: Collect and verify employee work hours, process payroll data, and issue paychecks or direct deposits accurately and on time
-Maintain Records: Update and maintain payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits.
-Handle Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and benefits.
-Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax withholdings and labor laws
-Prepare Reports: Generate payroll reports for management and assist as needed.
Experience:
-2+ years’ experience working with a payroll system like Paylocity, ADP, Paycom or similar.
