Each week's menu has been created and executed by a different Advanced Pastry Arts Student and their culinary team.

The bakery will be open 2-6 p.m. on Wednesday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Thursday.

The cafe side of the Culinary School will be open for seating with the option to take your order to-go or sit and enjoy your baked goods in the cafe! If the weather cooperates, seating will be available outside as well.
