Are you an experienced extrusion operator ready to take the lead? We're looking for a bilingual Lead Extruder Operator (English/Spanish) to join our team and play a key role in our production operations. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and a great team leader—this is the job for you!

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading extrusion line operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production

Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish

Troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep production moving

Operating thermoforming and extrusion machines

Monitoring product quality and workflow

Training, supporting, and guiding your shift team

Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards (ISO, HACCP, SQF, etc.)

Keeping the area clean, organized, and safe

🛠 Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Previous experience with extrusion or thermoforming machinery

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and follow processes

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Willing and able to stand for 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot/cold conditions

Experience training and managing a team

Knowledge of safety and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, SQF)
