Randstad is proud to introduce our new talent experience platform, Randstad At Work. Randstad At Work is a self-service app you can use on your mobile device or tablet. The Randstad At Work app has a number of benefits. While you’re on assignment you’ll be able to:
Refer a friend, not only at your current work site, but to any job in the randstad at work app and get paid!
Notify your site manager if you’re not able to make it to work by using the call-off
function.
Easily confirm your arrival to work every day.
View your pay stubs and pay selections through the app.
Use the app to find other opportunities after your current assignment has ended!
Randstad at work is a very customizable app, allowing you to find jobs that fit your availability and skill set.

Downloading and registering is easy. Simply scan the QR code to download the app, create your profile, and select your current job. You can also search "Randstad At Work - Employee" in the App Store or Google Play to download. Once you’ve done that, create a profile & you’re all set.

Responsibilities
A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our manufacturing and logistic organization. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and to develop effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include:

Posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent

Proactively sourcing candidates through databases, social media, and networking

Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and providing feedback to candidates

Managing the hiring process from initial contact through to onboarding

Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Maintaining accurate records and recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement

A successful Recruiter is highly organized, communicative, and strategic, with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

From May 6th-May 31st we will be closely monitoring total hours you work each week.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Career Type: Temp to Hire

Daily Tasks:
-Processing customer orders
-Verify order confirmation for accuracy
-Provide customers with pricing per container size, availability of product and ---Shipping information
-Communicate with finance & shipping departments in addition to the sales team to acquire and process customer orders, as well as resolve problems

Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
