They are a full-line industrial commercial distributor that stocks lamps, ballasts, and fixtures and is positioned to meet customer needs with the best products for every application at VERY competitive prices.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
You’ll align yourself with their ambitiously fun culture to aggressively grow the business clientele in the Tri-State area actively selling to many different customer segments but not limited to just the healthcare industry. You’ll thrive in our hyper-growth environment, closing deals with your resilience and persistence.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Generating revenue from new clients while building and growing and existing book of business
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision-makers, discovering their needs and developing value-based solutions
• Effectively qualifying opportunities to gain valuable intelligence
• Building and presenting compelling customer-centric proposals
• Hitting specific activity benchmarks and closing business
• Reporting directly to Operations Management mile markers and goals
• Presenting proposals/ bids to potential clients when necessary to help close sales
• Maintaining company culture as the new face in an outside sales role
Requirements:
•
• 1 to 2+years of outside sales experience preferably in the lighting industry
• Face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
• Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory
• Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales
• You’re self-motivated, disciplined, focused and enjoy prospecting
Salary 40 to 50,000 plus strong commissions and bonus, company laptop and benefits,
