What You Will Do: Source Talent: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and database tools to find top-tier candidates.Screen Applicants: Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills.Manage Pipelines: Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and maintain clean database records.Build Relationships: Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact for job seekers.What We Look ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales
