Looking for a hands-on role with great pay and steady hours? We’re hiring for a custom plastics manufacturing facility!
💰 Pay Rates:
• Day Shift: $20/hour
• Night Shift: $22/hour
🗓 Schedule:
• 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts)
🔧 Job Duties:
• Press operation
• Light assembly
• Stacking products
• Using hand tools (razors, cutters, drills)
⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for 12-hour shifts (team lift over 50 lbs)
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe shoes
• Comfortable with a dirty, fast-paced environment
• No cell phones allowed on production floor
• Must stay on-site during lunch
🦺 What You Get:
• Tool kit provided on Day 1 (includes PPE + tools)
• Two 15-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch

What You'll Do:
✅ Operate and monitor production equipment
✅ Assemble, pack, and label finished products
✅ Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
✅ Supply materials to production lines
✅ Stack finished products and prepare them for shipment
✅ Complete production and traceability documentation
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ Support production operations as needed
