Opportunity for a self-sufficient personality who enjoys tending to homes to act as a Live-In Caretaker and provide hospitality services in our homes throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley.

You will work independently on home restoration and business development on our up & coming properties. At other times you will interact with traveling professionals and guests staying at our B&Bs while continuing the beautification of the property.

You will outreach to various civic groups and potential guests to aid in their use of our facilities.

You will conduct upkeep of our properties in the Mid-Ohio Valley along with tending to the hospitality needs of our guests and members for a small property management agency with a few boutique listings focused on Victorian Era houses and private cottages.

This will include optimizing our listings, calling & chatting with potential tenants, discussing contracts, sending contracts on our behalf, and setting up showing dates & rental agreements.

It will also include the cleaning, landscaping, and housekeeping of the properties.

Opportunities to cater events or provide B&B services is optional based upon your experience, certifications, and passion in culinary arts.

We also have the potential for this position to grow into ecotourism in hiking, biking, kayaking, boating, and other WV activities.

The position can also entail structural architecture, landscape architecture, electrical engineering, and plumbing engineering with pathways towards certifications in each upon completion of the initial probational program.

Candidate must have great communication skills, have an understanding of Office 365, and a desire to follow policy and work on a team.

This position is live-in where we provide a variety of wages depending on experience which may include:
Housing, Meal Plan, Education Programs, and Retreat Access.

This opportunity is for an individual to live on-site and tend to various upkeep, maintenance, restoration, and hospitality for our Victorian era cottages.

We are seeking an enthusiast for home restoration to replenish the beauty and functionality to a number of our cottages across the Mid-Ohio Valley.

We study Victorian architecture and restoration techniques while using BIM & Agile Philosophies in general construction, plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, framing, hardscaping, and land management.

No experience necessary. Training provided. Must enjoy older homes, remodeling, building, attention to detail, safety first, and have a can-do attitude.
