IronRose Legacy Group is expanding and seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our growing workforce. We provide skilled staffing and subcontracting solutions for industrial, environmental, and energy operations throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.

We are looking for hardworking professionals who are ready to support critical operations in fast-paced industrial environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Position Overview

As an IronRose Legacy Group team member, you will support industrial, environmental, marine, and energy-related projects. Our workforce helps companies maintain safe, efficient operations by providing reliable personnel for demanding field environments.

Responsibilities

* Industrial cleaning and housekeeping
* Environmental support and spill response
* Tank cleaning and industrial maintenance support
* Pipeline and energy operations support
* Marine and terminal support
* Material handling and equipment support
* Equipment setup and teardown
* General labor duties
* Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
* Work safely around heavy equipment, barges, vessels, conveyors, and industrial machinery
* Perform physically demanding work in outdoor industrial environments

Qualifications

* Industrial, construction, marine, refinery, terminal, energy, or environmental experience preferred
* Tank cleaning or industrial services experience is a plus
* TWIC Card preferred (or ability to obtain one)
* OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Basic Plus, NCCER, or other safety certifications are a plus
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and call-outs as needed
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic and commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
