WorkPath Staffing was honored to support the Granite Recovery Centers Softball Tournament Fundraiser alongside so many incredible organizations and individuals dedicated to supporting their community and giving back.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and cheered from the sidelines. Your support helped make the event a huge success for On the Road to Wellness, the recipient organization, and we are proud to stand with a community that is so dedicated to helping individuals and families in their journey of wellness and recovery.

Mud, sweat, and lots of laughs! 💪🏃‍♀️💙🌟

This weekend, some of the amazing women of WorkPath stepped out of the office and into the mud at the New England Mud Run in Connecticut! What started as a girls weekend adventure quickly turned into a day filled with encouragement, determination, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

From climbing obstacles to crossing the finish line together, these ladies showed the same grit, resilience, and supportive spirit that they bring to WorkPath every single day. They are amazing!!!!

WorkPath Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and has interest in workforce development. This is the right opportunity for an individual who thrives in an environment that is ever-changing and moving with the needs of its clients and industry.

This position is approximately 80% outside sales and 20% inside sales, offering a dynamic work environment with excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities

* Conduct cold calling and B2B sales
* Develop and maintain relationships with businesses
* Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and manage pipelines
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
* Perform administrative and office support tasks
* Assist with recruiting and job placements
* Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing communication

Qualifications

* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
* Computer and application savvy
* CRM experience
* Strong communication and organizational skills
