Didlake, Inc.

Didlake, Inc. Didlake creates and promotes opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities.

Didlake strives to positively impact the lives of people with disabilities. Our mission is: “Creating and promoting opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities. We are committed to eliminating barriers, so everyone can fully participate in all aspects of their community." Didlake is a provider of contract services and rehabilitative services. By succeeding at both, we offer new

, life-enriching opportunities for people with disabilities. Didlake reaches out to people with disabilities in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities as well as a wide variety of other disabilities such as autism, visual impairments, hearing impairments, mental illness, physical disabilities, substance abuse/addiction and traumatic brain injury. We have found that people—regardless of their abilities—tend to perform to the level of expectation that is set for them. At Didlake, we begin with high expectations for every person we serve—and when those expectations are met, we set the bar higher. It is an approach that works just as well for our company and staff as it does for the individuals with disabilities who we serve.

When you choose our The UPS Stores for your packaging, shipping, printing, mailbox, or notary needs, you're supporting businesses where people with disabilities build careers, develop their skills, and deliver outstanding service.

We own and operate The UPS Store #6631 at the Center at Innovation in Manassas and The UPS Store #6272 at George Mason University in Fairfax. Through our partnership with George Mason University's Mason LIFE Program, we provide paid internships that help students with disabilities gain real-world work experience while contributing to our team and serving customers.

These franchise locations build on Didlake's more than 25 years of experience managing mailroom and copy center operations at federal government sites throughout the DMV region.
