The Maintenance HVAC Technician performs skilled work in the inspection, maintenance, repair, and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and building automation systems across campus facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues; performing preventive maintenance; and ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and energy efficiency of all HVAC and automation systems.
