Hi! Do you know a high school student — or are you one yourself — who’s interested in a future in law enforcement? If so, we encourage you to check out this link!

National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives offers great opportunities for students, including scholarships and programs designed to support and encourage those pursuing higher education and careers in law enforcement. 🚓👮🏾

We had an awesome time hosting our 5th Annual Lt. Wayne Strong Spelling Bee! 🎉📚

Students from nearby schools showed up bright and early this morning, ready to take on the challenge, show some courage, and even hang out with local officers (who aren’t so scary after all 😄).

This year, we celebrated our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both the elementary and middle school rounds—way to go, spellers! 🐝👏

A big THANK YOU to all the parents, teachers, and schools for encouraging your students to join in on fun events like this. We couldn’t do it without you!

We always have a great time connecting with our community, making new friends, and building stronger bonds together. Can’t wait for next year! 💙

Captured some beautiful moments at the Annual Awards Banquet and Installation of New Executive Board. Traveled out to Hollywood, FL for NOBLE’s 49th annual conference. Lots of great discussions had with amazing leaders!

Unfortunately our Memorial March got rained out! Officers, deputies, sworn and not sworn individuals got together for service before heading into registration and workshops!

L.O.V.E. Is the answer! One of many workshops today, A.J. Ali presented his take on exploring what happens when policing is rooted in compassion and humanity.

Today we honored and celebrated Lieutenant Wayne Strong by putting on our annual spelling bee! Today we were gathered by two awesome groups of elementary and middle schools from surrounding schools in the Madison area. Thank you Mrs. Terri Strong for all you do! 📚
