**Job Title: Office Assistant
**Location: Carrollton, KY
**Job Type: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, take accurate messages, and provide prompt assistance to customers.
- Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks including invoicing and record-keeping.
- Handle general office tasks such as data entry, and filing.
- Assist in sales activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while interacting with clients and visitors.
**Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage phone calls and provide courteous customer service.
- Previous experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings during the summer months.
