Description:

-$18/hour to start (up to $20/hour after first year)
-7:00am Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

-Performing concrete laborer duties at a stationary construction site that produces precast concrete wall panels for stadiums, airports, large retail buildings, and other commercial projects
-Making rough cuts on lumber to build forms using power tools
-Using hand tools during pours
-May be working outside in the loading area, helping to patch up concrete walls, and load onto flatbed trailers
-Working in an outdoor environment, it is hot in the summer and very cold through the winter
-Consistent hours per week, even through the winter months we will not do any seasonal layoffs
-Working with carpenters, and pre-cast team leads to set forms for concrete walls to be poured
-Tying rebar in the forms to give the concrete a structure

Concrete Construction

Pay: $15-$18/hour to start

Hours: Monday - Friday, start at 7:00am (8-12 hours a day)

Job Description:

This company specializes in Structural and Architectural Precast concrete for countless building types. Most of business is for parking garages and athletic stadiums.

-This is not a factory job

-Perform construction labor duties to build the wooden frames (or "molds"), based on Blueprints, that the concrete will be poured into.
-Will be responsible for grabbing mesh sheets, rebar, wires, and nuts and bolts and bring to the station for form building.
-Conduct general labor duties (i.e. sweeping, cleaning off wooden forms to prep for next pour)
-Once Concrete wooden/steel forms are built, concrete will be driven over within the plant and poured. Then these laborers will be responsible for assisting the skilled labor with anything needed while they work on the concrete.

Description:
- Operating 2-3 CNC Lathes (Okuma), and possibly Mills. Have more Lathes than Mills throughout the plant.
- Loads and unloads machine(s) as needed.
- Positions part correctly within the machine work holding.
- Changes machine tooling as needed. (6-7 different pieces of tooling)
- Makes process adjustments when needed to maintain productivity and part quality.
- Performs all required inspections and documents/records their inspection results per requirements.
- Utilizing inspection and measurement gauges (micrometers, calipers)

MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING ALL SHIFTS

- Loading and unloading machinery which produces labels for dairy and food products
- End of machine picking and stacking on pallets
- Operating manual pallet jacks to move finished product throughout facility
- Monitoring flexo printing machinery to ensure it is running efficiently
- Inspecting finished packaging for any defects or damages
- Lifting up to 40 lbs
- Initially starting as a "Grabber" taking parts off the line and stacking on pallets
- Transition into an assistant press operator performing minor set ups/changeovers on equipment
- Transition to a full press operator where they are running and troubleshooting the machine at all times
- Occasionally operate forklifts to move pallets throughout facility
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Once transitioned to assistant press/press operator pay goes to $19.01-21.67/hr
