My client, a small, high-tech company in Madeira, OH, has an immediate opportunity for a full-time senior level Administrative Assistant reporting to the President.

Typical duties will include scheduling appointments, screening incoming calls and correspondence (responding independently when possible) planning and coordinating meetings, arranging travel schedules and reservations. Will also work with President to prepare quotations for consulting services and communicate with customers to determine needs and contracts for jobs. Additionally, they will prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data, review of reports/proof-reading, secure information by completing database backups and facilitate and run staff meetings.

Desire a candidate with an Associate’s degree and/or two to three years related experience and training. Must have proficiency with office computer equipment and software and high proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools and Internet Explorer. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work well with other team members and take directions. Must also be able to work independently and act on behalf of the President in his absence making appropriate independent decisions.
