Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

Greet and assist visitors and clients

Our Client is looking for experienced Machine Operators . You may need to perform any combination of following tasks in foundry concerned with melting metal, removing castings from molds, Machine operating, moving foundry materials, and cleaning equipment and work areas: Moves sand, castings, flasks, or other materials about foundry by hand, using wheelbarrow or cart, or by loading them onto conveyor. Duties and Responsibilities- Follow all safety rules. Operate machinery as trained. Work well in a HOT working environment. Pay very close attention to detail. Verifying molds are filled with sand correctly. Moving molds onto conveyor belts with hoist or manually. Check with supervisor for any special instructions. Report any problems with equipment or molds to your supervisor. Sweep and clean work area regularly and at the end of shift. Break sand mold from finished casting using proper equipment given. Use of hand tools/power tools provided by company. Use high pressure air/water hoses to clean castings. All other duties that may be assigned. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Pattern Maker ensures that pattern tools are prepared and maintained properly for the foundry’s use. Work with various tools in the pattern shop to rig, gate, adapt, and maintain existing pattern tools. Pattern construction materials include wood, plastics, and aluminum.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Use various tools, such as hand routers, drills, calipers, planer, jointer, band saw, sanders, etc.

· Remount existing patterns onto new wood boards with precision.

· Fix and maintain aged pattern tools.

· Collaborate with engineering to optimize tooling designs for manufacturing processes.

· Conduct quality checks on patterns and tooling to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling setup and operation.

· Utilize expertise to manage inventory of materials and tools.

Experience:

· General tool making or machining experience is a plus but not required.

· Wood working experience is a plus.

· Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and rulers.

· Good organization skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to lift 30 pounds, as needed.

· Takes pride in their work, and doing things right.
