Reminder that today is Election Day. There are voters who have voted in the past that have been placed on the 'inactive" voter list because they did not complete and return the 2026 Annual Street Listing/Census earlier this year. The placement of the voter on the "inactive voter list" is required by State law. All inactive voters will be allowed to vote if they show an ID or a utility bill and sign a form that states they continue to reside at the address on the voting rolls. Again, no Lynn voter will be prevented from voting today regardless of whether their name appears on the "active" voter list or the "inactive" voter list.

Returning your Annual Street Listing form helps keep your voter registration active, ensures accurate city records, and helps the City maintain important funding and services for our community.

You can mail it back or drop it off at the Election Office, Room 205 at Lynn City Hall. ✅
