Job Description

Express Employment Professionals in Lynchburg is seeking a Quality Technician, a Forklift/Warehousing Associate, and a Manufacturing Logistics Associate for one of its valued clients in the Lynchburg area. These roles support safety, quality, inventory, and material flow while building practical skills valued across manufacturing.

Skills and Experience Requirements

· All three positions require dependable attendance, safe work habits, and availability for 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

· Quality Technician candidates need strong attention to detail, accurate documentation skills, and the ability to follow written procedures; related experience is preferred.

· Forklift or warehouse experience is preferred for Forklift/Warehousing candidates. Certification is a plus, but training and certification are available.

· Manufacturing Logistics candidates must be able to stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift; related logistics, material-handling, scanner, or inventory experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

· Quality Technician: Protect product quality through inspections, testing, measurements, accurate records, and clear reporting of concerns.

· Forklift/Warehousing Associate: Keep materials and shipments moving safely through staging, loading, unloading, equipment inspections, and organized storage.

· Manufacturing Logistics Associate: Keep production supplied and inventory accurate by scanning, labeling, tracking, replenishing, and delivering materials.

Pay and Schedule

Quality Technician: $26 to $30 an hour, depending on skills and experience

Forklift/Warehousing Associate: $23 to $26 an hour

Manufacturing Logistics Associate: $22 to $26 an hour, depending on skills and experience

Schedule for All Three Positions: 12-hour shifts. Overtime may be required. Quality Technician and Forklift/Warehousing schedules may also include weekends.
