Lutherville Lab PTA The PTA is an advocacy group for children of Lutherville Lab What is the PTA? The PTA does not act alone. What are the PTA goals?

The largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) reminds our country of its obligations to children and provides parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child while providing the best tools for parents to help their children be successful students. Working in cooperation with many national education, health, safety, and

advocacy groups and federal agencies, the national PTA organization collaborates on projects that benefit children and bring valuable resources to its members. At the school level, the PTA is an advocacy group for children, making sure with the cooperation of Teachers and Administrative personnel that every child has access to enrichment activities. There are many ways to be a part of the PTA, you could be on a committee, read in a classroom (Mystery Reader), make copies, attend meetings, help with an event. The PTA is made up of entirely volunteers. You can help by joining the PTA, contributing to the Direct Donation, sharing your ideas, supporting PTA events and volunteering your time. Every minute makes a difference and it can be as much or as little as you’d like.

🌟 **Roarin’ Run Update!** 🌟

Families, thank you for the incredible support you’ve already shown during this year’s Roarin’ Run. Because of your generosity, we’ve raised **$3,650** so far — and we’re truly grateful for every donation, every share, and every sacrifice that helped us get here.

While we didn’t quite hit our original goal, we’re not done making a difference. In fact… we’re closer than you think.

🎉 **If we reach $5,000 in the next 10 days, every single student will earn 5 EXTRA minutes of recess every day for the entire month of June!** 🎉

That’s a whole lot of sunshine, movement, and joy to celebrate the end of the school year.

Here’s the exciting part:
If **every student donated just $6**, we would meet our goal with ease.

Food Truck Night is STILL ON tonight, Wed, from 5-8 pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church! Bring blankets, chairs, cash for drinks and enjoy the company of fellow LL families. Kindly, do not park on the grass or block driveways.

Please note this is a community event. Food trucks are for your enjoyment. Some trucks may donate a percentage of sales.
